Brahmacharya = Moving in Brahman (Consciousness); Pratishtayam = established; Viarya = vigour; Iabhaha = gained.
On being established in Consciousness vigor is gained.

·      Bullying  - Share from workshop
o   Psychological reasons for becoming bully and victim
o   How to handle bullying and cyberbullying. Spirituality to manage bullying.
o   How to apply brahmacharya in managing bullying
o   Become self-confident. Have self esteem

Reflection for the week: Discuss with Family
·      Observe actions and words of bullying at home and with family members.
·      Discuss with parents any issues of bullying and how Brahmacharya can be practiced.
Practice for the week: 
·      Meditation and chanting can increase self-esteem and calmness.

When a person does not entertain any ill-will towards any creature and is equanimous in their outlook, all directions are full of happiness for them.
