1. Discuss:

c. Why are ears considered Oceanic? Is it the most influential sense organ? Ears are alert even while sleeping that why we wake up when name is called. Ears are constantly
taking in sound
d. What types of sounds do we sense
through ears – loud, music, words, nature
e. Effects of sounds - How do sounds influence positive and negative feelings, thoughts, actions in us.
f. Effect of listening make us act –Negative
actions could be like Mantra and Kaikeyi; gossiping, hurting, illegal, unsafe, unhealthy
2. Activity and discuss:
a. Word Game – Say some word and
visualize it, feel it. Write it down.
b. Say positive things to each other and
observe the effect of sound
c. Recite OM 10 times and observe
